Day 1: Start a gratitude journal and write down three things you're grateful for.

Day 2: Write a thank-you note to someone who has positively impacted your life.

Day 3: Take a mindful gratitude walk, noticing and appreciating nature around you.

Day 4: Spend five minutes listing all the things you appreciate about yourself.

Day 5: Make a list of five things you’re grateful for about your home.

Day 6: Compliment someone sincerely today and appreciate their reaction.

Day 7: Write down a recent challenge you faced and identify one lesson you’re grateful for from it.

Day 8: Set an alarm for a midday gratitude break to reflect on something positive.

Day 9: Think of one modern convenience you’re grateful to have (like running water or electricity).

Day 10: Share three things you're grateful for with a friend or family member.

Day 11: Appreciate something beautiful you see today (a flower, art, architecture) and take a picture.
